1 1/3 scoops choc. Protein
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 omega egg
3/4 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup splenda
2 tbsp canola oil
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
2+ tsp vanilla extract
Extra cocoa if desired
Bakers White Chocolate chips (I used 1 serving nestle brand)
🔹Preheat oven to 400, spray donut pans with nonstick cooking spray.
🔹In a large bowl combine all ingredients and blend until well mixed, you may need a bit of milk added if too sticky/thick but din’t add too much.
🔹Scoop into donut pan, filling moulds only 2/3 of the way as this rises quite a bit. In my mould this made 8, depending on your mould size that will vary)
🔹Bake for 10-12 minutes, edges will brown slightly
🔹After donuts have cooled 5+ minutes melt your white chocolate chips in the microwave, pour/scrape into a ziploc bag and then cut off the corner and use to pipe the melted choc over your donuts!
🔹let them sit another 10 minutes then either eat while fresh/warm or refrigerate.
