Ingredients: (for 16 servings)
🔹3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
🔹1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
🔹1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats (MyOatmeal)
🔹3/4 scoop Select milk chocolate protein
🔹1 omega egg
🔹1 egg white
🔹1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
🔹1 cup sweetener (splenda was used)
🔹1 tsp baking powder
🔹3/4 cup Jet-Puffed
🔹2 cups Rice Krispies
🔹1/4 cup Myoatmeal.com PBlean
🔹1/4 scoop CPBC Select protein
🔹4 tbsp Chocolate Epic Spread (or PB)
🔹1/2 cup Krisda chocolate chips
🔹Pre-heat oven to 350, grease a 10×10 baking dish
🔹Base ingredients all get blended together.
This will take some time depending on your blender as there are few wet ingredients, may need to shake/scrape sides and re blend a few times.
🔹Pour into 10×10 cake pan or pyrex dish.
🔹Bake for 22/23 minutes.
🔹Let it sit out, I prefer it best when a fudge-like consistency so I refrigerated it a couple hours.
🔹Spread Marshmallow over the top, chill
🔹Pour cereal into a mixing bowl, in another small bowl melt chocolate and spread/PB, stir powders into this mix
🔹Mix with Rice Krispies, dump and spread this over the marshmallow, chill again
🔹Devour, grow 💪
