Healthier Chik-Fil-A Oatmeal Chocolate Chip copycat cookies

Calories per cookie: 95
5g protein, 14g carbs, 3g fat @iifym 🙌
Managed that with some real brown sugar, butter, and a pile of chocolate chips 💪

Ingredients: (My batch was 20, or a dozen large)
🔹2 scoops Select Gourmet Vanilla Protein
🔹1.5 cups flour
🔹0.5 cups Oatmeal (I used custom brown sugar flavoured oats)
🔹3 tbsp butter, softened
🔹1 egg
🔹1/2 cup 0% greek yogurt
🔹1 tsp baking powder
🔹1 tsp salt 🔹1/4 cup brown sugar
🔹3/4 cup splenda
🔹1 tbsp molasses 🔹1 tbsp syrup (I used calorie free)
🔹1 tbsp brown sugar extract
🔹1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:
🔹Preheat oven to 375
🔹In a large bowl beat the butter with the splenda and brown sugar until smooth
🔹add in the egg and all wet ingredients, mix well.
🔹In a medium bowl whisk together flour, protein, and other powders
🔹add the dry mixture to the wet, 1/2 a cup at a time and mix well, then stir in the chocolate chips. chill this bowl in a fridge 15 minutes
🔹Spray cooking sheets with non-stick spray, get out your dough mixture
🔹Grab pieces of dough in the size you desire, roll into balls in your hands and place them on the baking sheets
🔹Flatten these balls on your baking sheets, use the bottom of a glass or anything not prone to sticking
🔹Bake at 300 for 5-7 minutes (depends on your thickness)
🔹Devour.
