Irish cream Vanilla Cake Batter Truffles

Made with @pescience Select Gourmet Vanilla protein, get your own 30% off pescience.com with “driven”. These are coated in @wiltoncakes Irish Cream baking chips 🙂
You can also use chocolate to coat these, as shown.

Ingredients:
🔹1.5 scoops Gourmet Vanilla Select protein
🔹3/4 cups cake flour
🔹2 tsp stevia (or more, to taste)
🔹1 tsp vanilla extract
🔹100g light condensed milk
🔹1 serving Wilton baking chips (or melt enough chocolate to coat, about 4 oz.)

Directions:
🔹Mix protein, flour, stevia, and whisk in a bowl
🔹Add condensed milk and vanilla extract, mix with the back of a spoon against your bowl until well mixed.
🔹Pull off chunks of batter, roll into balls, dip into melted coating and let cool.
🔹devour.
