No-Bake Krispy Oat-mallow “Cake”

Ingredients:
🔹1 scoop Select protein
🔹1/4 cup MyOatmeal Oats
🔹1/2 cup @kellogs_official Rice Krispies
🔹2 tbsp Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Cream
🔹2-3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Directions:
🔹Just mix the milk, protein, and jet-puff and add into the oats/cereal. Stir to combine, transfer into your mould and compact it well.
🔹For all the guys who can’t bake, on valentines, press your favourite no-bake recipe into a heart mould, I used a ramekin, refrigerate until firmed, invert and knock it out.
🔹Devour.
