Ingredients:
🔹2 scoops Select protein
🔹1 2/3 cups flour
🔹1/2 cup Splenda
🔹1 cup skim milk (can sub)
🔹3 tbsp light PB, melted
🔹1/2 tsp salt
🔹2 tsp baking powder
Filling:
🔹1 cup prepared PBlean
🔹1/4 light peanut butter, melted

Directions:
🔹Preheat oven to 350, grease a muffin tray or line with liners, makes 8+
🔹In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients
🔹prepare powdered PB separately by directions, stir in melted PB.
🔹Combine wet in another bowl, add into dry and mix well.
🔹transfer into muffin tray. You will want any hollow cylinder to make a core, the actual baking tool for this was quite affordable as well. PB mix in the tool and batter surrounding.
🔹Bake for 20 minutes, remove and let cool fully.
🔹Devour.
