Protein S’mores Banana Bread

Ingredients:
🔹1.5 cups Kodiak Powercakes mix.
🔹1.5 scoops Milk Chocolate Select Protein
🔹1.5 cups water
🔹1 large egg
🔹1.5 over ripe bananas, mashed
🔹5 large marshmallows
🔹2tsp stevia

Optional Topping:
🔹4-6 tbsp S’mores Epic Spread
🔹Graham Crackers

Directions: 🔹Pre-heat oven to 375
🔹In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients (not marshmallow)
🔹Beat your egg, combine with other liquids, mix and stir into main bowl.
🔹Transfer to a greased loaf pan
🔹Bake until edges brown, about 15 minutes, use a toothpick test.
🔹Cut in half horizontally, cut your marshmallows into halves and lay them on the bottom
🔹Place on baking sheet and broil it until marshmallows are toasted 🔥
🔹Optionally smother with S’mores spread and Graham
🔹Devour.
