Salty Peanut White Chocolate Chip Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:
🔹1 scoop CPBC Select protein
🔹3/4 cup whole wheat flour
🔹3/4 cup oatmeal (I used custom chocolate brownie @myoatmeal oats)
🔹1/4 cup + 1 tbsp light margarine
🔹1 large egg
🔹1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
🔹1 tsp salt
🔹1/2 tsp baking powder
🔹2 tsp Stevia
🔹1/3 cup WF maple syrup
🔹1/4 cup white chocolate chips
🔹1/4 cup salted, toasted peanut halves

Directions:
🔹Preheat oven to 375, grease 2 muffin pans
🔹Whisk together all dry ingredients, not chips or peanuts
🔹Mix in all wet ingredients, stir in the chips/nuts
🔹Pull off chunks and flatten into your muffin pans, yields about 20 but you can pick your cookie size here.
🔹Bake 8 minutes, let cool. (Also great warmed)
