21g protein, 32g carbs, 16g fat
This is using the cookies posted yesterday here, and on Facebook “Whey to Bake”
Between the cookies I added:
🔹2 tbsp jet-puffed marshmallow cream
🔹1/2 scoop Gourmet Vanilla @pescience Select Protein
🔹1 tbsp coconut flour
🔹unsweetened almond milk to right consistency
Simply mix together, it will come out thick as a dough and not be sticky. (If it is, add more CF) and press between 2 cookies.
