Vanilla Walnut Banana Oat Bread, Drizzled with peanut butter and chocolate

This same recipe batter can be used for about 8 muffins, as well

Ingredients:
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats (I used a custom bag of @myoatmeal oats)
1 scoop Select protein
2 large bananas, mashed
1/4 cup splenda (or use another sweetener)
1/4 cup diced walnuts
1 egg
3 tbsp greek yoghurt
1/2 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond, use any)
4 tbsp vegetable oil (feel free to use coconut, or any)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda

Optional Toppings:
Walden Farms chocolate sauce and PBlean (or peanut butter)

Directions:
🔹Preheat oven to 400F
🔹In a large bowl mix together all dry ingredients
🔹Beat the egg, then add it and all other ingredients
🔹Spray/grease 3-4 mini loaf pans, macros are for 3
🔹transfer in the batter, place in oven for 20 minutes
🔹let cool, top it how you like it
🔹devour.
