White Chocolate Shamrock Mint Mini Muffins

Made with @pescience White Chocolate Mint Select protein (30% off at pescience.com with code: driven) and @myoatmeal White Chocolate Shamrock oats of the month (15% off with: driven15)

Ingredients:
🔹1.25 cups oats blended to flour (I used the oats noted above, add chocolate chips of choice if not using these)
🔹1 scoop WCM Select protein
🔹1 banana
🔹2 eggs
🔹1 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
🔹1.5 tbsp oil of choice (I used a light EVOO)
🔹1 tbsp @waldenfarmsinternational syrup
🔹1tsp stevia
🔹0.5 tbsp baking powder
🔹0.5 tsp baking soda
🔹Desired amount green food dye

Directions:
🔹Pre-heat your mini-muffin tray or oven (350) and grease your tray
🔹Blend everything together
🔹Fill moulds 2/3 each, bake by maker directions (likely 15 mins) or in an oven until a toothpick comes out clean.
🔹Let cool, top if desired, I used WF Chocolate syrup.
🔹Devour.
